Nelofar Currimbhoy is the founder of CAPE. She is the president of the Shahnaz Husain group of companies, a graduate from Lady Shri Ram College. She has been trained in beauty therapy ITEC London. She built her own place with managerial capabilities and now administers the company. She is multi-tasking and a face of brand. An active philanthropist Nelofar runs two NGOs Bridges connecting to women and Bridges to artisans who work towards employment to women as well as artisans and encouraging their talent. She also works closely with Tibetan communities.

Nelofar also works closely with Tibetan community imparting training to students. It all started when Nelofar met the sister of his Holiness the Dalai Lama and deeply involved with the young generation of her community.” She asked me if I could train some of her students”
It’s been years since then and it’s turned out to be a successful projects with 100% placements. She says,
“Of what I see from the relationship the Tibetan community has with India, there is lot of warmth and gratitude because India has stood by the community. This indeed was a land where Buddhism was born so there is natural harmony. ”
Nelofar Currimbhoy has been deeply involved with women’s empowerment for over a decade now. Ever since she was initiated into actively working on social causes by Ms Jetsan Pema, sister of his Holiness The Dalai Lama. Nelofar has not stopped striving to make lives better. Her work has been consistent and sincere. She was consistent and sincere. She was instrumental in conducting vocational training of girls, For the Habitat Learning centre in Delhi and their associate NGOs. Today Nelofar runs a centre where she empowers daughters of factory workers in vocational courses in slum areas. She also conducts training at Naz foundation, Lepra India centre ( deaf and dumb), Saverango( for all slum), Vidhya school NGO in Delhi and Bangalore( for slum),SOS Tibetans from village in Dehradun.
